Get Lacy & Racy.

There's something about Lace. The delicate and feminine fabric is demure and sensually titillating at the same time. And this season Lace is back in trend with an electrifying twist.

Showing up on everything from sleek LBDs to casual tops, lace is everywhere. Lace is versatile and can be worn in so many different styles. Here are some ways how you can remain upbeat with this trend. Below are some outfit ideas on how you can work Lace into your wardrobe.

•
The best way to make a  statement is to wear a lace dress. Blacks and Whites never go wrong.

You can rock the Lacy trend at your workplace too.Just go for a more structured look. You can team up a Peplum top with a lacy skirt or a nice lacy stop with an A- line skirt.

Teaming up a casual lace top with trousers or shorts will look equally splendid. Don't just stick to black and whites. Infact, the electrifying twist this season is the variety of pop colors Lace is available in. Yellow, pink, green, blue, mint and the list goes on.

•  There are some women who still avoid wearing lace, maybe it's because lace has always been linked with lingerie. Well, the good news is, you can add a subtle touch of lace to your look by experimenting with the Lace accessories available in the market. The choice greatly depends on your personal taste.

So go ahead and lace it up, pretties.

How to dress up for First Day of College.

If you have survived the mad rush about scoring a seat in your desired college then pat your back and rejoice young padawan! Way to go.

Just when you think you can now sit back and relax, the thought of "Whatchu gonna wear on your first day of college?" hits you like a ton of bricks. Keep calm and read on.

Ain't about the ba-bling ba-bling... (Well those are lyrics to a Jessie J song! Don't judge!)
So gurls, time to throw away your blingy Hello Kitty phone cover, your tacky pink wallet, your blingy hairclips, your earrings Oh. My. God. I could literally go on for ever! Okay basically every single thing you were obsessed with at sixteen. Yes. Bling screams for attention and that'd make up for a bad first impression so better keep all the blingy outfits you have for weddings.

Don't be a hoarder, invest in clothes that are stylish as well as comfortable. Avoid wearing clothes just to fit in - Everyone has a different comfort level, so stay true to yourself and wear what you look good in.

Time to ditch your huge school backpack and invest in some stylish handbags. You have a variety of options but for starters get a sling bag, a tote and a nice wallet. You can shop online too. Two of my favourite site are Bagskart.com and  koovs.com.

Just like your clothes, comfortable footwear is equally important. Pumps, stilettos, and all kinds of chunky heels can take a backseat now. I consider flats, flip-flops, shoes and wedges as the perfect kind of footwear for college. Make a trip or two to your favourite shoe store before your classes begin or better yet you can shop online. Some internet shoe stores allow you to try on your shoes in the comfort of your home. How cool is that!

As far as your hair and makeup are concerned, the just-out-of-bed look is the way to go! Hair buns look chic and sophisticated.  There are many other hairstyles you could try. The tutorial below might help. Cheggit!

For makeup- go minimalistic. Instead of using a foundation, a primer AND a concealer, go for the all-in-one BB cream. Mascara and kohl would really help in bringing out you eyes and a nice liptint will complete your whole look.

Love for NEON.

If you're someone who likes to keep updated with the latest fashion trends, then you possibly can't miss the frenzy about Neon. Wearing Neon colors is not as easy as you might think. It can make your look a "do" or a "don't". Here's how you can don just the right amount of Neon this summer.

1. Choose the right color.

Neon comes in Red, Pink, Green, Blue, Violet and a whole range of colors. It's up to you to decide what shade looks the best on you. Remember choosing the right neon color is the most important and difficult step. So tread carefully.

  2. What suits Her may not suit You.

"Did you see her dress that one time at that one party? Omg I loved her dress. So gonna get it!"

Well, if your thinking corresponds to the above person then well, STOP RIGHT THERE!
Sometimes the brightest shade of Tangy Orange and Electric Green can be going a bit overboard. You should be really careful while shopping for Neons and choose the shade which best brings out your features.

Matching Neons can be equally tricky. Do not wear lectric Green with Purple. Though Green looks amazing with light Blue. Yellow and Pink neon shades look great together, but then again, go for tanner shades.

Quick tip: One way to NEVER go wrong with neons is avoding doing all neons. Team it up with solid colors like Black and White.

 3. Keep calm and Accessorize.

Get your hands on neon accessories. Match your outfit with neon nail paints, neon bags, shoes, wrist bands, belts and what not! But remember, less is more. So keep it simple with Neons!
